These terms are between you and Prompt6 Rapid Limited, the New Zealand company that runs Waffilo. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Waffilo drafts social media posts for your business and, once you approve them (or turn on Autopilot), publishes them to the accounts you connect. We may change or improve features over time.
Trial, price and cancelling
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. After that Waffilo is NZ$29 a month including GST, billed monthly by Stripe. Cancel any time from the Brand page; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months.
If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Your content and your responsibility
You own your brand profile, photos and posts. You give us permission to use them to provide the service.
Posts are written by AI and can get things wrong. You're responsible for what's published on your accounts, including posts published by Autopilot. Check prices, offers, dates and claims before approving. Only upload photos you have the right to use.
Don't use Waffilo for anything unlawful, misleading, or against the rules of Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
Availability
We work hard to keep Waffilo running and posts going out on time, but social platforms and our providers sometimes fail or change. We can't promise every post will publish, and we'll tell you in the app when one doesn't.
Liability
If you're in trade, you agree the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 doesn't apply. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand law that can't be excluded.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. New Zealand law applies.
